Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 1/2 cup mixed berries
• 2 Tbs. protein powder
• 1 Tbs. flax oil
• 1/2 cup ice (optional)
